
Katherine McNamara Feodoroff is a partner in the Firm and an experienced municipal and labor law attorney. She leads the Firm’s labor and employment law practice and advises public entities on general municipal law, labor and employment matters, and a wide range of public sector legal issues. With more than two decades of experience guiding municipalities and public clients, she helps navigate complex legal challenges with practical, results oriented solutions. Her work includes labor disputes, collective bargaining, employment matters, open meeting and public records compliance, licensing and code enforcement, contract negotiation, and zoning and planning. Kate’s broad experience enables her to provide timely, thoughtful advice on the issues municipalities routinely face.
Before joining the Firm, Kate served as Senior Assistant Solicitor for one of the largest cities in the Commonwealth, where she gained hands on experience addressing the legal and operational challenges municipalities confront every day. She has represented clients in Housing Court, District Court, Land Court, Superior Court, and United States District Court, and has argued multiple cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Kate earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German from Boston College. She studied abroad in Frankfurt and Berlin and spent a year in Munich as an exchange student at Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität.
