Jennifer Benjamin joined Mead, Talerman & Costa in 2026 and assists clients with contracting, procurement, environmental, and general municipal legal matters. Before joining the firm, she worked as counsel for the City of Fall River, Massachusetts, where she advised the city on labor and employment matters and general municipal legal questions. She also represented the city in litigation and administrative proceedings.
Prior to graduating law school, Jennifer spent over 8 years as an environmental consultant helping drinking water utilities across the country identify and evaluate potential source water contamination risks and prepare for cost recovery litigation.
Jennifer graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Environmental Analysis and Policy and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from New England Law.
