Allison Valton joined Mead, Talerman & Costa in 2025 and represents clients with labor, procurement, and general municipal legal matters. Before joining the firm, she worked as counsel for a technology company in Boston where she oversaw client contracts and negotiations, in addition to advising on corporate governance and product compliance interests.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, she clerked for the Boston Public Schools Office of Labor Relations, gaining experience in employment, special education, and contract law. Allison also worked as a student attorney for the Suffolk University Law School Innocence Clinic, where she investigated potential wrongful conviction cases and broader criminal justice matters.
After graduating from Emerson College with a major in Political Communication, Allison worked for the Town of Westport, MA as an appointed member of the Board of Registrars of Voters.
