Neva Payson joined Mead, Talerman & Costa in 2026 and represents clients in a variety of general municipal legal matters. Before joining the firm, she clerked at the Massachusetts Appeals Court for Chief Justice Amy Lyn Blake.
Neva earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston. During law school, she was an editor on the New England Law Boston Law Review and worked at several government agencies including the Division of Administrative Law Appeals, the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Massachusetts in the asset recovery unit. Neva graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, majoring in political science and legal studies.
