Marko Samardzic joined Mead, Talerman & Costa in April 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Marko was an
associate with the Law Offices of Dominic Finelli, assisting clients in landlord-tenant cases, small
business litigation, and family law matters. Subsequently, Marko worked for the Massachusetts
Teachers’ Retirement System as Associate General Counsel litigating extensively in the Division of
Administrative Law Appeals and acting as hearing officer on matters of pension forfeiture. Later, Marko
was employed as Associate Enforcement Counsel at the Cannabis Control Commission, enforcing
regulatory violations and interpreting the state’s recreational and medicinal cannabis law.
Marko graduated from Saint Anselm College, where he studied Politics and went on to receive his Juris
Doctor from New England School of Law, Boston.
