Kayla Venckauskas joined Mead, Talerman & Costa in 2025. Kayla advises cities and towns on a wide range of legal topics, including public procurement, municipal contracts, labor and employment matters, and general municipal governance.

Before joining the firm, Kayla served as an attorney for the City of Brockton where she represented the city in litigation and administrative proceedings, advised departments on legal compliance, and handled matters involving personnel, procurement, and municipal liability. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting contracts, guiding officials through public procurement processes, and representing the city in arbitrations and Civil Service Commission hearings.
